Criteria of entries’ evaluation by jury members

Categories M-1 and M-2:  Jury evaluates innovative method in traditional media.

Category М-3:  Jury evaluates innovative method in special events.

Category М-4:  Accordance of advertising idea to declared objects and quality of conception’s realization. 

Категория М-5:  Jury evaluates innovative method in using of one or more media aimed on maximum effectiveness of advertising campaign achievement.

Category М-6:  Jury evaluates analysis depth and understanding of brand and media role in life of specific consumer group taking into account their needs, lifestyle, values and interests.

  • Teenagers
  • Narrow, particularized target audience
  • Men
  • Women

Common requirements to contest entry content

In entry’s presentation must be:

- Description of campaign’s objects posed – no more than 150 words;
- Description of media solution – no more than 250 words;
- Description of results that campaign achieved – no more than 200 words;
- Description of things that differ this campaign and make it deserving of award – no more than 150 words

To contest category M-4 must be given presentations, advertising proposals of non-standard media, new forms or methods of advertising communications.
Entries technical requirements

Еntry must be given in the form of Microsoft PowerPoint presentation for PC (Office 95 Microsoft / 97 / 2000 PowerPoint для PC). Technical requirements for presentation’s elements:

  • Arial type for text;
  • TV ads in MPEG-1, 320 х 240 pixels;
  • Print ads, posters, advertising publications in JPEG, RGB;
  • Radio ads in the form of WAV, 44100 Hz, 16 bit.

can lay out contest entries made with observance of technical requirements directly on the Festival’s website in the same time with infilling  of contest application

Dead-line:

- for applications’ registration is April 24, 2009
- for allocation of all entries is April 30, 2009
- payments should be submitted till May 10, 2009
